The Building Green Conference and Expo Series are opportunities for intense discussions on the sustainability issues we are now facing. It is also the venue for information dissemination for the different green building programs happening around the country.

In the interest of maintaining order, promoting cooperation and making Building Green fun, the delegates for the duration of the conference, are enjoined to abide the following guidelines:

During the seminars and presentations, please turn off your mobile phone or switch it to silent mode;
Refrain from passing your business cards to other delegates during sessions, you may do this during the breaks or when sessions are in recess;
During the General Membership Meeting, sessions are to be conducted with standard rules of order, but some latitude and informality is allowed to avoid getting bogged down in complicated parliamentary procedure;
During technical presentations, if you do not agree on the material presented, please inform the speaker politely during the Q and A session, and try to ask for clarifications. Every effort will be made to accommodate full discussion to reach consensus. To save floor time, delegates are encourage to submit related material (position paper, research material, etc.) to the Secretariat for possible publication in this website in response to the presentation;
