The PHILGBC would like to thank the participating speakers at Building Green. Outlined below are information and tips that may help you for your preparation for the Conference.

All confirmed speakers will be sent an email outlining the details you need to know for the duration of the conference;
Please arrive 30 minutes before the seminar and please introduce yourself to the program manager when you arrive. A representative of the Conference Secretariat will be there to assist you in case of any problems with the audio-visual equipment. Please bear in mind that you need to start your session on time and end on time, we also have timekeepers to remind you;
If there are parties who may be interested for more information regarding your talk/session, you may continue discussing with them outside the seminar area;
Please send your profile/cv, presentation abstract, copy of presentation (electronic) and photo to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it as soon as you are confirmed. We will use your profile and photo for highlighting your presence at the website, flyers and brochures that Building Green is preparing for the event;
Bring an electronic backup of your presentation in CD or in a USB flashdisk. You are also welcome to use your own laptop during your session;
Please inform the secretariat if you have any special dietary requirements;
If you have any special requirements for your presentation, please coordinate with the Conference Secretariat in advance;
You are allowed to bring up to two (2) guests in Building Green, contact the Conference Secretariat for more information;
Be in business attire;
Bring enough business cards and take advantage of this networking opportunity.
